1. Order Processing Time

• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Our team begins processing your order immediately to ensure a swift delivery.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM on Friday or during weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, postal delays, or high demand periods.

3. International Shipping

Standard Shipping International:Delivery Time: 7-14 business daysCost: €6.99

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and charges. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be sent to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Return Policy

At Suzanne Egan Academy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are the details of our return and refund policy:

Standard Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition (unused and in original packaging).
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for returning your item.
• Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
