Welcome to The Secret Warehouse Dublin! We're thrilled to host your booking and can't wait to see what you create in our space. To ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and enjoyably for everyone, we kindly ask that you read and agree to the following:

• Studio Care & Respect
  We take pride in keeping our space fresh and ready for creative minds. Please leave the studio in the same clean, tidy condition in which you found it. Return props or furniture to their original places. We know accidents happen, but you are responsible for any damage to the studio, furniture, equipment, or decor during your slot. Please be especially careful with fake tan, body oils, or makeup (e.g., tan stains on our couch or furniture). Please avoid sticking any posters or images to the mirrors in the studio. We also ask you not to leave any heated tools on the floor e.g. hair straightener, curlers etc. Any damage or heavy staining will incur a professional cleaning or repair fee, which will be invoiced directly to the person who made the booking.
• Timings, Set-Up & Pack-Down
  Your booked time slot must include all your set-up, prep, shooting, pack-down, and cleaning time.
  Please make sure you have allocated enough time so you don't feel rushed at the end! We often have tight turnarounds between bookings and need to prepare the space for the next creative team. Please ensure your team is completely wrapped up and ready to exit the studio when your booking time ends. Unauthorised overrunning into the next slot will incur an additional overtime fee.
• General Studio Rules
  Please ensure everyone in your party acts responsibly. Secret Warehouse Dublin is not liable for personal injury or loss/damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises. Please be mindful of noise levels and treat our equipment and neighbours with respect.
